About

Brian Lock

Hey there!  I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself... In my own words.

I’ve never been interested in living inside the lines or settling for an ordinary existence. I believe life is meant to be lived deliberately — shaped by freedom, responsibility, and the courage to create something meaningful.

Before any title, I am a husband, stepfather, brother, and son. Those roles anchor me in my purpose.

My professional path has been anything but linear. I’ve worked wilderness trail crews for the U.S. Forest Service, built instruments as a luthier, designed and crafted with my hands as an industrial designer and woodworker, and studied systems that build focus and efficiency.

What looks like restlessness on paper is, in truth, a long apprenticeship — a commitment to learning how things work, how people grow, and how discipline is forged over time.

Today, I serve as a Men’s Work Facilitator, Medicine Guide, and Transformational Strategist.

I work with men who are capable, driven, and tired of spinning their wheels. Men who have done the reading, listened to the podcasts, and collected insights — yet still feel fragmented, distracted, or misaligned.

My role is not to motivate or coddle. It is to help men cut through the noise, strip away the bullshit, and get honest about what actually matters.

My work is grounded in lived experience, not theory. Spirituality has been a steady compass throughout my life — keeping me connected to nature, creativity, and something larger than myself, while also carrying me through periods of struggle, loss, and recalibration. I don’t bypass hardship; I’ve been shaped by it.

Every challenge I’ve faced has clarified my direction and led me here — to a path of service.

I lead and serve from a place of humility, presence, and truth. I don’t offer shortcuts or borrowed wisdom. I create space for men to slow down, take responsibility, reconnect to what matters, and move forward with clarity and integrity.

This is the energy I bring to the work.

Thank you for joining me

Mission

I am on a mission to bring people into deeper connection with themselves, with community, and with the natural world — refining focus, and restoring clarity and responsibility.

Vision

I believe that we are living through a pivotal time on this planet. We are being called to find a new way of being. A new way of seeing and relating to all of creation.
